On 18th December 2025 The Department for Education hosted a virtual market event to share our early thinking on the Best Start Family Hubs Match Fund. This was followed up with a questionnaire and 1-2-1 engagements with those who requested one. You can access a copy of the slides that were presented on the day, and slidedecks to follow up Market Engagement events that took place in the attachment area of Jaggaer for this project (Project_10075/ssq_779). We are now asking interested Potential Suppliers to complete a short Expression of Interest (EOI) form available here: https://forms.office.com/e/eEndECNsXC The EOI is in direct reference to the information provided in these market engagement events and on the Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) Notice the Department published in November 2025 regarding the Best Start Family Hubs Match Fund partner.
