Bedelsford School Chaucer Centre Remedials

Tender description

Phase 2 works to the recently opened SEN School at Bedelsford Chaucer, Morden, in order to adapt the First Floor and isolated external works, over the summer holidays 2026, on behalf of the London Borough of Merton. Works will largely focus on the First Floor to ensure this area is suitable for new cohort arriving in early September, such as boxing of remaining heating and hot/cold pipes, radiators, replacement of fire doors, extending access controls using the incumbent. The works are due to be undertaken to the two storey main building at Chaucer Centre, in addition to the external areas.
