***This is a Pre-Market Engagement Exercise*** The purpose of the preliminary market engagement exercise is to inform suppliers in the current market and gain information to inform a potential future procurement. This Exercise will be used to assist Apex Housing Association in gaining a better understanding of the market/feasibility of the requirements, the most appropriate procurement and operational approach, the capacity of the market to deliver the requirements and an opportunity for the market to highlight any possible risks or issues that may not have previously been considered. Apex Housing Association is considering procuring a new Grounds Maintenance contract covering a portfolio of residential schemes across Northern Ireland. The contract will involve the maintenance of landscaped areas, open spaces, and amenity areas within housing developments, with a focus on delivering safe, clean, and visually attractive environments for residents. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded by December 2026 with a contract start date of April 2027. Interested suppliers should complete the questionnaire and submit responses via eTendersNI messaging or via technical envelope.
