Tender description

This contract will provide HMRC with specialist process and data discovery services to support its transformation programmes. The service will better help HMRC understand its data, systems and processes, reducing the risk of delays, increased costs, and reduced delivery ambition. The contract will provide demand-led expertise that programmes can access when needed, improving oversight and decision making. The service will help HMRC to standardise discovery practices, improve connectivity across projects, and enable reuse of insights to avoid duplication. This service will strengthen HMRC's ability to deliver change more predictably, efficiently and sustainably. Contract Term - 2y No extension options Max Contract Value - £19,852,000 (exc. VAT)
