Tender description

The works involves the supply an installation of UPVC Windows and External Doors to approximately 900 Moray Council properties, replacing the existing windows and doors, across the council area over a three-year period. The tenderer is to note there is no guarantee on the level of work issued and no claims will be considered on the level of works instructed (no matter the degree of difference). Lot 1: Open tender for the provision of replacements windows and doors to housing stock in the Moray Area over a three year period. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
