Tender description

The project consists of the following: (i) the demolition of part of the Community Centre building over ground and first floor; (ii) refurbishment to part of the building over ground and first floor; (iii) the construction of a new extension at ground floor and first floor; (iv) a new entrance canopy and external fire escape stairway; (v) installation of solar photovoltaic panels and plant area on the new roof; (vi) together with all associated site works including hard and soft landscaping and connections to existing services, at Listowel Community Centre, Bridge Road, Listowel, Co Kerry.
