Tender description
Tenders are sought by Ards and North Down Borough Council for the Provision of Building works on a variety of Council properties. There are two (2) Lots within this tender and the Council will appoint a separate contractor for each Lot. The Lots are identified in Appendix 1 - Lot Areas. Lot 1 – Northern Area and Lot 2 – Southern Area.
