Tender for provision of an Electronic and Digital Signature Solution.

Tender description

The University of Galway wishes to advertise a single party framework to procure an Electronic and Digital Signature Solution. This solution shall enable users across multiple business units to send, receive electronically and digitally sign, authenticate, retrieve and store documents. The solution shall also enable users to template documents and to send documents to external signees for their electronic and or digital signature. It is intended that the framework will be used for all of University of Galway service requirements arising during the life of the framework.
