Student Hub Event Space design Lot 1: The Supplier has been appointed under the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning,Construction Consultancy, and Ancillary Services Framework Agreement under Lot7 Multidisciplinary Services to provide the following Services: • Project and cost management for the development of the Student Hub Event Space including the bar and kitchen - to provide a robust ER document and layouts • RIBA Stage 2/3 Design for the Student Hub Event Space (Third Space), forming part of the Stage 3 information on the Student Hub project • Deliver coordinated Stage 3 drawings: GA plans/sections/elevations; services layouts; reflected ceiling plans; setting-out; room data sheets; performance specifications and visualisations.
