NS&I requires a system to serve as a centralised platform for managing all content and communications across NS&I's channels - including letters, websites, mobile app(s), emails, and social media. At its core, the system should maintain a minimum 3-year record of all financial communications and their approvals, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness. The new system will provide robust approval workflows, audit trails, digital asset management capabilities, and taxonomy-driven search.
