Tender description

This is for security services at the Blue and White Meris Mountain Centre, for which the lease is being terminated in order to make an efficiency. While the contract is still live, we are responsible for the security of the property and have held discussions with multiple security companies who offer security, guardianship and caretaker opportunities. Due to the remote nature of this site, the equipment onsite and the risk presented if anyone is able to access any the site or any equipment is significant and so it is recommended we maintain a presence on this site, rather than responding to alarm call outs.
