The Office of the Police Ombudsman for Northern Ireland (OPONI) requires a Supplier to develop and provide a structured Professionalising Investigations Programme (PIP) that provides OPONI staff with the skills necessary to conduct professional investigations. The training and assessment will be consistent with the College of Policing (COP) PIP National Policing Curriculum and Assessment Strategy.
