Tender description

Roof works including but not limited to: the careful stripping, removal and off-site disposal of the existing roof coverings and components, including roof tiles, ridge tiles, hip caps, valley flashings and coverings, existing roofing felt/underlay including tarred felt, timber battens, any defective or decayed roof timbers as identified, fascia boards, soffit boards, rainwater goods including gutters and downpipes, together with all brackets, outlets and associated fixings. Following strip-out, the Contractor shall provide and install new roof coverings, valleys, rainwater goods and all associated components in accordance with the specification and current Building Regulations, ensuring the roof is fully weather-tight and the rainwater disposal system fully operational upon completion.
