Tender description

The Supplier will provide the Event Management System and the supplier-hosted customer-facing pages required to support the transactional event and venue hire journey. This includes, but is not limited to, pages or journeys for enquiries, bookings, venue options, room layouts, availability, ticketing, payments, attendee information, booking management and customer self-service. LBH manages a diverse portfolio of venues across the borough, including civic buildings, historic spaces, community halls and modern event facilities. These venues support a wide range of activities such as corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, community events, cultural programmes and private functions. The Council is committed to maximising the use, accessibility and commercial potential of these assets while continuing to deliver high-quality services to residents, businesses and visitors. The proposed solution will play a critical role in transforming how LBH promotes, manages and delivers venue hire and events. The Council’s website will showcase venues and sites, while the Supplier’s Event Management System will support the customer booking journey and provide robust back-office tools for LBH teams.
