The University of Edinburgh invites you to tender for the provision of “Comparative Analysis for Farming Practices for Climate Change Outcomes” as specified in Schedule 3 - Statement of Requirements. Lot 1: This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is for an Open procedure which shall be conducted in accordance with Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2014 to establish a contract. ClimateXChange (CXC) wishes to commission a comparative analysis of three distinct agricultural systems. It will assess their financial performance, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and applicability across key Scottish farm types. This will be used to generate clear, comparable evidence to support implementation of Scotland’s Climate Change Plan and Agricultural Reform Programme, ensuring that emissions reductions in agriculture are achieved in a way that is economically viable and fair for Scottish farmers and crofters.
