The appointed consultants will prepare a feasibility and options report for the scheme there will be added requirements to carry out a number of surveys assessments and reports such as, but not limited to, investigating all route options, carrying out topographical, environmental, archaeological, traffic safety, ground conditions and biodiversity surveys/road safety audits and assessments for the proposed scheme.
