At this stage, the Council has not determined the preferred route for delivering the project, including procurement strategy or contract structure. TMBC is therefore engaging with the market to explore potential delivery options, gather early technical and commercial insights, and gauge current market interest. TMBC invites interested suppliers to attend a site visit to view the proposed bridge location and surrounding area.
