Flagship is undertaking pre‐market engagement to inform the potential future procurement of a contractor for the supply and installation of uPVC windows and composite external doors to existing residential properties across its current operational area. The scope under consideration includes surveying, removal of existing units, installation, making good, and disposal, in compliance with relevant statutory and quality requirements. The engagement is intended to support a review of the current specification and identify opportunities to improve value for money.
