Tender description
This Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) is an information gathering process whereby the Department of Social Protection (DSP), seeks to collect information and opinions from Digital Payment Providers for the provision of a digital ‘Disbursement as a Service’ payment method for customers of the Department of Social Protection. A customer of the Department is defined as someone entitled to and being in receipt of a Social Welfare Payment. This PMC and responses provided may be used as a precursor to a procurement process.
