Plan Mid Devon Strategic Environmental Assessment

Tender description

A suitable consultant is sought to undertake a full Strategic Environment Assessment of the Local Plan. This will be legally compliant and follow relevance guidance. The SEA will include a scoping report, SEA of local plan policies and site allocations and their reasonable alternatives at key stages in the local plan’s preparation, preparing an environment report, assisting with consultation on the SEA and participating at the local plan examination. The consultant may be required to prepare an Environmental Outcomes Report should this become necessary through legislation.
