Medway Council is seeking quotes from prospective suppliers for a health and wellbeing epidemiological survey designed to identify the health trends and needs of people living in Medway. Around 8,200 households will be randomly selected to participate in the survey. The Provider shall visit all selected households—except those where residents have opted out or completed the survey online - and invite them to participate.
