Tender description

The Council is also currently moving the current Unit4 finance system from the premise server to the 'Web' which is due to go live in February 2026 and therefore to implement a new provider for the income management system soon after would have a huge impact on the finance resources and function leading into the yearend process. In order to keep within the compliant procurement route using KCS Framework the Authority will need to have renewed by 31st January 2026 when the KCS framework finishes. The Council has therefore opted for the following under the KCS framework: 2 years plus a 1 year option totalling an estimated £360,000 + VAT
