Tender description
The MoJ is developing its commercial strategy for Justice-wide Intermediary Services. Intermediaries are impartial communication specialists whose primary responsibility is to enable complete, coherent and accurate communication with vulnerable witnesses, suspects, defendants and parties in the justice system, and facilitate the vulnerable person’s understanding and participation in proceedings. The MoJ is utilising a PQQ module to facilitate ongoing market engagement and provide a clear communication channel for any future procurement.
