This is a Market Engagement Event Only Orbit Group Ltd (Orbit) is one of the UK's leading housing associations, providing safe, affordable homes to over 100,000 customers. Through our Better Days programme, we offer free support services to help customers with wellbeing, money advice, digital inclusion, employment, and community welfare. Orbit wishes to conclude preliminary market engagement in relation to the potential award for a contract for the provision of Hoarding & Support Services for our customers within its housing portfolio across 7 areas in the Midlands, East Anglia and South of England. Hoarding disorder is a mental health disorder characterised by excessive accumulation of and attachment to possessions regardless of their actual value. Self-neglect can be associated with a range of social of psychological and health issues. As part of its duties as landlord, various isolated and vulnerable tenants have been identified as in need of a tailored support to understand and manage their hoarding tendencies, improve their quality of life and live safely in their properties.
