Tender description

The Major Adaptations Team within Community Connections have endured the management of 2 systems and several spreadsheets to ensure works delivery for 5+ years. The team have been working with IT providers, INCIC, to address this issue and they have developed a new case management tool to support moving away from the use of Flare, aligning all information into one system. Support is required to consider aspects such as security, support conversations and subsequent actions in respect of data migration and file storage. Scope to Include: DELT Application specialist services to review requirements and processes to complete implementation of INCIC CMS Production of delivery proposal and plan for implementation of INCIC CMS
