Residential Short Breaks for Adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism – Carlisle Provider Engagement Session

Cumberland Council is in the process of commissioning a one year contract for a Residential Short Breaks for Adults with a Learning Disability and/or Autism service based in Carlisle. This service will provide an overnight stay, activities and support to individuals with high-level support needs which can include personal care and health needs. The contract term will be for 12 months commencing from 01st September 2026 with a maximum total contract value of £420436.00. including VAT. As part of the commissioning process the Council would like to invite all interested providers to join us for an engagement session. At this session we will share an outline of commissioning plans and talk through the anticipated tender process and timeline. Further information is available on the attached notice.
