Tender description
The London Borough of Waltham Forest (“the Council”) is commissioning a provider to deliver a year-round programme of reuse and repair activities to support residents in reducing waste, increasing repair skills, and engaging with local circular-economy specialists. This specification sets out the required services for the 2026/27 delivery period, including four Reuse & Repair Fairs, a borough-wide Symposium, at least two workshops, two walking tours, and the development of a dedicated micro-site. The programme builds on the success of the existing Reuse & Repair Fairs and sector network and aims to amplify opportunities for residents to repair and reuse, while strengthening the local repair sector and its collaboration.
