Tender description
The supplier shall deploy Environmental Enforcement Officers to conduct proactive patrols, issue Fixed Penalty Notices FPNs) for environmental offences, and support prosecutions where required. Officers must operate to high professional standards, ensure proportionate enforcement and provide the Council with secure data and regular reports on performance, demographics, payment rates, and complaints. The service aims to improve the public realm, ensure compliance with environmental legislation and protect vulnerable residents by applying enforcement fairly and responsibly.
