Under the Procurement Act 2023, YPO are looking to undertake preliminary market engagement to establish a compliant route to market for primarily public sector organisations and bodies. The framework will a service framework where YPO will be looking to appoint a sole provider. This is a renewal of the previous framework 001142 - Digital Marketplace (under the now obsolete Public Contract Regulations 2015). The aim of this framework is provide customers with compliant access to a Digital Marketplace. The purpose of this document is for suppliers to provide information regarding their business, capabilities and offering so that YPO can understand this prior to advertising.
