Appointment of IST Dungannon Public Realm Defects

Tender description

To undertake and complete defect repair works within Dungannon Public Realm. The project priority is to complete identified defects to Dungannon Public Realm footpaths and infrastructure following previous phased works. The project priority is to repair defects identified within Dungannon Public Realm across a number of streets within Dungannon Town centre. The proposed works will include tactile paving replacement / installation, alteration / repairs to footpath slabs, replacement of damaged kerbs, installation of bollards, rearrangement of road studs, tarmac preparation / installation and moving/replacing existing Streetlights. The project will be delivered in a busy town centre environment. Extreme care will have to be taken at all stages of the works to minimise disruption to businesses and maintain the movement of pedestrians and vehicular traffic through the town centre by the appropriate use of temporary traffic management as required.
