3 years lift servicing contract

Tender description

3 years contract for the servicing and maintenance of 24 lifts (including 8 platform lifts) in various Council's properties to ensure compliance with current regulations. The properties are located on Orkney Mainland or linked islands. Lot 1: This procurement is for a 3 years contract to maintain and service the lifts in council owned and/or occupied buildings to comply with the current regulations in force at the time. Subjected to satifastory performance and agreement of both parties, the contract can be further extended up to 2 years.
