Homes England - NHB Investment Summit Ocean Media Contract (Direct Award)

Tender description

Ocean Media Group will provide comprehensive event management support for Homes England’s National Housing Bank launch event on 13 May. Their remit includes full management of the invitation and registration process: compiling the attendee list in collaboration with Homes England, drafting invitation content, building and managing an online registration portal, issuing invitations, and overseeing all RSVP activity and attendee communications. They will also support the development of the event agenda, including drafting proposed discussion topics and working with Homes England to confirm speakers. In addition, Ocean Media Group will liaise directly with the venue to coordinate all logistical elements required for the successful delivery of the event. Following the event, Ocean Media Group will deliver a complete suite of reporting outputs, including delegate feedback, speaker feedback, a collation of Slido questions, and final attendance data.
