Baldwin Lodge - specialist works Asbestos removal and disposal - roof void, walls celing and pipework = £52580 Asbestos removal and disposal - floor tiles, cement panels, switch gear, toilet cistern = £7920 Proposal quotes - dated 2/2/26 and 12/2/26 This appointment is an extension of an existing appointment for design for which the supplier carries liability. Whilst it would be possible to compete this, it will not deliver value to UHL as a new supplier would need to indemnify the incumbent design and it also puts UHL at risk of having insufficient protection against design defects. ## Contract award
