Tender description

This report presents the outcome of the procurement process for the Flexible Pilot Voting - Exit Polling Research project and seeks approval to award the contract to BMG Research. The purpose of this procurement was to appoint a research agency to conduct polling station exit interviews across selected pilot areas to evaluate flexible voting arrangements being trialled at the May 2026 local elections.
