Tender description
To undertake the condition survey of the Aspen Centre. The proposal is to undertake a site inspection covering the building fabric, the intrusive inspection behind the WC cubicle panels (to investigate the damp smell noted on the plan), and a roof survey to review the reported leaks. Following the visit, we will prepare a short letter style report (1–2 pages) summarising our findings and recommendations.
