Training Framework: Supporting the development of compassionate leaders in social care

Social Care Wales is developing a framework of expert speakers and trainers to provide online workshops and training on topics related to leadership development for: - Managers and leaders working in social care Our approach to leadership is underpinned by the principles of compassionate leadership. Suppliers will be expected to develop and deliver sessions on request. This will include - Short, half day workshops, training or information sessions - Full day workshops, training or information sessions - A workshop or training series, with up to four sessions on a specific topic. These sessions will be provided online.
