Tender description
Mid Suffolk District Council and Babergh District Council invites quotes from suitably qualified and experienced commercial property consultants to undertake a comprehensive Retail, Hospitality, and Leisure Study. This Study will help to inform the preparation of the new Babergh and Mid Suffolk Joint Local Plan. The contract will commence on 1st April 2026 , Final Report to be completed by August 2026.
