Provision of Building Surveying Services for Depaul Ireland and Depaul Housing Association

Tender description

Depaul requires the provision of professional Building Surveying Services to support the effective management, maintenance, and development of its property portfolio. The purpose of this tender is to establish a contractual arrangement with suitably qualified and experienced service providers who can deliver a comprehensive range of surveying and project-related services. The appointed contractor(s) will support Depaul in assessing property conditions, identifying required upgrade works, improving energy efficiency, and overseeing the delivery of capital and maintenance projects. The services will be required on an as-needed basis, and no guarantee is given in respect of the volume or frequency of work.
