The system supports essential theatre operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, operational visibility, and digital management of theatre activity, enabling safe, efficient, and standardised theatre services across multiple sites. Lot 1: NHS Highland currently receives Theatreman Software Support, which underpins critical theatre management and Theatre AQUA workflows across the organisation. The system supports essential theatre operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, operational visibility, and digital management of theatre activity, enabling safe, efficient, and standardised theatre services across multiple sites. The Theatreman solution is supported as a managed software service, encompassing system licensing, routine maintenance, software updates, resilience and continuity arrangements, and responsive technical support. This ensures ongoing system availability, operational stability, and a safe digital environment for clinical and operational users within theatre settings.
