Tender description

North Tyneside Council require an extension of the Civica product, Keystone manage compliance with building standards for council houses. Keystone is built on older technology and the expectation is that the overarching NEC product would replace this current service when this is ready. Lot 1: North Tyneside Council have direct awarded through the Crown Commercial Services Vertical Applications Solutions Framework. Following the overarching NEC product as previously procured, the Authority needed to reprocure for an additional year with Keystone to ensure the product remains functional until the wider NEC product is ready for use.
