Auditing activities shall be required across a range of building safety activities including the following: • Gas safety inspections • Electrical safety inspections • Renewable heating systems • Solid Fuel & Oil fired heating systems • Asbestos • Legionella risk assessments • Passenger lift maintenance • Fumes investigations • DSEARs
