Tender description

Plymouth City Council currently use a tool called eStart which is part of MRI Education. eStart is no longer functioning affectively as a modern case management tool. Therefore, there is a requirement to move to a new case management system. This is the Discovery and Design Phase of the project. This is a key part of the project lifecycle, and sets the foundation for successful delivery through the following activities: • Commence Stakeholder engagement • Documentation of requirements • Clarification of objectives • Selection of suppliers • Cyber assessment • Review supplier High Level Design • Options Paper
