Tender description
The works consist of redecoration and sundry remedial repair works to all Levels of the Wharf Road car park to satisfy dilapidation obligations. The car park will generally remain in operation during the works. Particular attention is to be given to the maintenance of fire exits, security and the segregation of works from car park activities as well as the public when using the car park.
