Carry out Portable Appliance Testing throughout NHS Highland area. Lot 1: Carry out Portable Appliance Testing throughout NHS Highland area. Formally procured contract under process HH005-24-HB has come to an unplanned and abrupt end, this has led to approx. 2/3 of all NHS Highland portable appliances covered under this contract to have fallen outwith their planned testing schedule. It is imperative that we arrange alternative service provision to ensure that we achieve compliance.
