NatureScot has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Deer Vehicle Collision (DVC) The contract will be for a period of 36 months. Lot 1: NatureScot has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Deer Vehicle Collision. NatureScot, in conjunction with Transport Scotland (Scotland’s national transport agency) requires the collation, analysis and reporting of data relating to deer vehicle collisions (DVCs) in Scotland to help improve our knowledge of DVCs across the Scottish road network and to inform decision making regarding the implementation of DVC mitigation measures.. Scotland Excel is acting on behalf of NatureScot in the execution of this tender but will not be party to the contract or the management of the contract throughout its lifetime.
