Renfrewshire Council has the requirement to appoint an Architect (with conservation accreditation) to lead a Design Team and fulfil the role of Principal Designer to deliver a second phase of repairs to the Steeple Buildings, Kilbarchan which will reconfigure and repair the interior of the building and implement any external repairs Lot 1: The Council intends to release a Contract Notice on 2nd April 2026, with a Tender Package being released immediately after via Public Contracts Scotland Tender Portal.
