Tender description

The Contracting Authorities wish to appoint a suitably qualified entity to provide a full Planning Consultancy service. The successful Tenderer will provide assistance to the Contracting Authorities in delivering their respective development programs. The services required by the Authorities are categorised under the following nine principal headings: Level 1 - Planning and Site Appraisal. Level 2 - Pre-application Stage. Level 3 - Planning Process Management. Level 4 - Post Planning Changes – NMC’s and Variations. Level 5 - Post Planning Changes – New Applications. Level 6 - Architectural Design Competition Marking. Level 7 - “Off The Shelf”, ‘Planning Gain’ or “Package Deals” Purchase Opportunity Review. Level 8 - “Existing Satisfactory Purchase” Opportunity Review. Level 9 - Professional Services – General Ad Hoc Advice. The Contract is for the provision of full Planning Consultancy service as fully described in Document 2 – Scope of Services
