Quick Quote Provision of Digital Isle of Man Website

Government Technology Services, on behalf of the Isle of Man Government Department for Enterprise, wish to appoint a suitably experienced supplier to deliver a Digital Isle of Man (DIOM) website, the Island’s primary outward-facing platform for promoting the digital economy and supporting sector engagement.<br /><br />The DIOM website must function as a lead-generation and engagement platform, providing clear pathways for businesses, investors, and talent to engage with Digital Isle of Man, while acting as a central information hub for the digital sector and its opportunities.<br /><br />The solution must be delivered using an enterprise-grade, secure platform architecture aligned with Isle of Man Government standards. The platform should support strong performance, accessibility, and search visibility, and enable effective capture, management, and reporting of engagement and lead data.<br /><br />The attached documents consist of:<br /><br />- Portal - Doc 1 - GTS-1260 QUICK QUOTE DIOM Website DfE Final.docx<br /><br />The Quick Quote will remain available on the Portal for Expressions of Interest until noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 26th March 2026 and the deadline for submissions is noon (12.00 hrs) on Thursday 2nd April 2026, and your response must be submitted through the portal by this deadline. <br /><br />Once you have selected `Express Interest` a `Quote Documents` tab will appear and this is where you will find the above-mentioned documents.<br /><br />After the above deadline the Portal will `Lock-Out` and no further submissions can be made.<br /><br />If your organisation does not wish to submit a response to provide these services, please select `Opt-Out` and select a reason. You can also choose to stop receiving correspondence on this screen.<br /><br />Please note, unless otherwise advised, all Quick Quote Competitions will be subject to the Isle of Man Government Standard Terms & Conditions for Goods and/or Services, a copy of which can be found under the `Supplier Information & Privacy Policies` tab.<br />
