Provision of an experienced specialist to support digital portfolio planning and delivery. The individual must be able to apply Agile and iterative methodologies, contribute to strategic planning, and improve governance and assurance processes. They will support prioritisation across multiple digital portfolios, communicate digital change plans across the organisation, and provide clear data analysis and insights to inform decision‑making. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to manage dependencies and remove delivery blockers, and the capability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
