NHS North East London ICB (“the Authority”) is seeking to commission Post Stroke Community Support Services in City & Hackney (“the Services”). This procurement is being conducted by NHS London Commercial Hub (NHS LCH) on behalf of the Authority as part of an RfQ (Request for Quotation) exercise, governed by the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services, as published by NHS England. Any Contract awarded following this RfQ will be subject to the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. The Service Conditions and General Conditions will apply in full, together with local schedules contained in this RfQ pack, including the Service Specification, KPIs, Reporting Requirements, TUPE, and Payment Schedule.
